Yes. We wholesale to Canada and U.S. markets as well as other international
countries. We welcome any resellers in US and Canada, big or small.
The best thing for Americans order from us is the favorable US and Canadian
dollar exchange rate-----US$1=Cdn$1.25 and up.(click here for currency
exchange rate) Most of our U.S. wholesale customers mark up 3 to 4 times
of our wholesale prices as their retail prices in U.S. and get very good profit.
Q2: If
I order from USA, do I have to pay customs duty and what's the duty rate?
When you choose US dollor prices, there is
no taxes, no duties and no customs charge for orders ship to any USA address.
What you see is what you pay. We will ship out your order either from our
Seattle U.S.A warehouse or Canada warehouse. In the event we need to ship
your order from Canada office ( for example, if US office run out of some
items you order but Canada office have those items in stock), we will clear
the US customs and paid for the duties on our own expense.
Shipping cost is always depends on the size, weight of the total items you order and the location will be shipped to. Usually the shipping cost is around 5% to 18% of the merchandise total except the large items, such as large giraffe, big drums, long rainstick and didjis etc.
For USA customers, please don't think the shipping from Canada to US is costly. Because we have great discount rate from UPS and Fedex, the shipping rate is very reasonable. If in doubt, please contact us to get an estimate for the shipping.

- Free shipping within Canada and USA on handicrafts / clothing orders of Cdn$300 / US$300
- For handicrafts / clothing orders less than Cdn$300 / US$300, shipping charge is around 10% to 18%.
- As a active member of CGTA (Canadian Gift and Tableware Association) and a preferred high volume customer, our company has great discount rate(35% to 65%, depend on the shipping zone) off the normal published shipping rates from our carriers.
- We don't make money from shipping. Only actual shipping cost will be charged on your invoice.
- If you prefer, we can estimate the shipping cost for you before
process the order.

Can you sent a catalogue to me?
We would like to remain as paper free as possible.
This means we would like you to use this web site as your catalog and we
don't sent out printing catalogues.
- Our full color pictures in the Price Lists and enlarged images allow you to see the products in detail.
- You can print off the wholesale prices pages yourself if you need a hard copy.
- We update this web site very often so you can always see what is in stock , what is sold out and what items are on sale. A printing catalogue can't provide all these up-to-day information.
- We import new jewelry shipment from Thailand every two monthes and import high cube 40 feet container of giftwares / arts crafts / clothings from Indonesia every two monthes, plus some other products from China or other area of the globe in a unregular basis, hundreds or even thousands of new items every time. It's too costly to print out catalogues for each shipment.
- The lower our overhead cost, the better wholesale prices we can offer to you.

- There is no charge for you to open and send money using a PayPal account. We pay the service charges to receive your payment.

2. You have Visa card or MasterCard but you don't feel comfortable to provide us your credit card information. In this case, you can pay us through Paypal by using your credit card. - We will let you know the total charge of your order and our Paypal account if you decide to pay by Paypal.

web site are our actual wholesale prices. They are the same prices we
offer to our wholesale buyers in the wholesale

Q7: How do I know when you have the new arrivals?
We direct import containers of handicrafts and
jewelry into Canada every one to two months. And we upload the new product
pictures to our web site www.beautifulstuff.com
after the shipment arrive. If you would like to
be notified of the new arrivals, please email
us your email address. We sent out new arrivals notices by email
about 8 times a year. We never and will not sell or give your email
addresses to any other parties. We only use your email address strictly
for the communication between you and our company.

Orders Shipped by Canada Post only cost US$15 to outside of continental
USA and international countries:
For most silver jewelry only orders, usually the total gross weight of the package is between 250-500g, shipping by air post cost USD$15. It usually takes around 10 to 15 business days to arrive destinations outside of continental USA or international addresses. For jewelry orders exceeds 500g gross weight, shipping cost will increase slightly. Please see http://www.canadapost.ca for the shipping cost calculations. Please note there is no insurance for this small packet (
package under 2 kg) air mail service by Canada post, but the package
can be registered by paying extra US$7. |

You can email us the order and we will give you the estimate shipping charge. We use the information below from Canada Post web site to determine the shipping cost: 1. To outside of continental USA, such as PR, Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Island etc: only express post available http://www.canadapost.com/personal/offerings/xpresspost/pdf/xpost_usa_counter_prices_2002-e.pdf ---by surface post(usually takes 2.5 to 8 weeks to arrive),

You also can choose to ship your order by UPS air to outside of continental USA or international countries, the rate will start from US$22 for under 1 LB parcel.
